Damola Timeyin is the co-founder and Chief Marketing Officer of Spearhead Spirits, the company behind a new generation of African spirits brands, including Bayab Gin, Vusa Vodka, and Sango Agave. Spearhead is on a mission to reshape the global spirits industry by bringing African ingredients, craft, and cultural perspective to the forefront.
Before launching Spearhead, Damola spent over a decade helping brands grow as a strategist at BBH London, where he led work for Pernod Ricard and Tesco; as a founding team member at fintech startup Osper; and as a global strategy lead at Meta, advising FMCG giants like Nestlé and Mondelez.

Scott has been with Wilkin & Sons Ltd. of Tiptree for the past sixteen years, working in sales, marketing, and commercial roles before becoming Joint MD in January 2018. Prior to that, Scott enjoyed a breadth of experience across manufacturing and sales at Unilever and Mars. Originally from Dundee, and with an Engineering Degree from Edinburgh University, Scott lives on the Herts / Essex border (fine fruit growing country) with his family. He likes nothing better than enjoying a nice cream tea with good friends.
After a long career in a variety of roles in various brewing businesses in Australia and abroad, in 2008 he co-founded Stone & Wood Brewing Co in Byron Bay Australia, and grew that business to become the second largest independent brewer in the country with a strong reputation as a conscious business before its sale to Lion in 2021.
He remains active in a number of other Board / Advisory Board positions together with working with his family in developing the family business (The Watershed Group), with the intention of investing in and building businesses, and chairing the family’s Rekindle Foundation which is focussed on supporting rainforest regeneration, housing accessibility, and the arts.
